• Increasing Access: A major objective is improving water supply coverage, which has been increased from the current 76% to 100% at the end of SDG target through drilling additional boreholes

• Operational Excellence: The enterprise manages, produces, and maintains water supply and sanitation schemes at large

• Technological Advancement: Implementing modern software water utility management information system (WUMIS) fully utilizing, E-payments and installing smart water meters to improve billing and monitor non-revenue water (NRW), accordingly, increasing organizational income towards full cost recovery.
